Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your initial consultation appointment, so you have time to settle in with a cup of tea, and fill out a medical history form.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we understand — but we do require a minimum of 24 hour's notice. Our clinicians are often booked out with consultation appointments and treatment sessions.

Depending on your treatment, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and removing makeup and hair prior to your treatment. You'll receive pre-care instructions in your information booklet which will let you know what you need to do before coming in to the clinic.

Again, this depends on your treatment. For some treatments, like the Dermamelan and Cosmelan chemical peels, you'll need to spend time at home while the treatment works its magic. After a lighter chemical peel, however,  you can go straight back to work.
