Free yourself of unwanted hair

Precision hair removal

We use Gentle Pro technology to reduce the hair on your face and body. It has the added benefit of removing vascular and pigmented lesions including age spots, freckles, and sun damage.

How we'll do it

Our laser delivers an intense beam of light, which is absorbed by the skin and converted to heat. The heat is then absorbed by the targeted skin cells, leaving the surrounding skin unaffected and removing unwanted hair.

While our lasers work on most skin types, we'll still assess your skin and work out which treatment plan will be the most effective for you.

How it works

When to get it

If you're sick of waxing and shaving unwanted hair, laser hair removal is for you. If you want smoother skin, reduced freckles, and to be wrinkle-free, book your laser hair removal treatment today.

Who it's for

Leading-edge tech

Gentle Pro lasers have been the industry standard for two decades. It's our most trusted technology for hair removal. We can reduce the hair on your body in as little as three sessions.

The Gentle Pro laser uses a Dynamic Cooling Device (DCD). This device sprays a cooling burst of cryogen onto the part of your body being treated, milliseconds before (and after) the laser pulse. This means your treatment is as pain-free as possible.

How to prepare for laser hair removal

Before we can treat you, you'll need to avoid fake tanning. Why? It can alter the pigmentation, leaving your skin either paler or darker, depending. Before your first session, you'll also need to avoid waxing or plucking for six weeks.

24 hours prior to your appointment, we'd like you to shave the area you will be receiving laser treatment on.

How to take care of the treated area afterwards

Your skin may be pink after the procedure, and take several hours to return to a normal colour. You'll need to avoid direct sun exposure, and do not bleach, pluck or wax for four to six weeks afterwards. For extra measure, wear SPF sun cream.

You may experience minor itching, redness, or swelling in the treatment area. This will subside within a few days. You will undergo a 'shedding' stage, where the hair will fall out. Do not pluck, tweeze, or wax — this needs to happen naturally.

How many treatments do I need?

It depends on your skin type, but most of our clients receive 4-6 hair removal treatments, spread out between 4-6 week intervals. We can give you a more detailed plan when you come in for your initial assessment.

Can I go to work straight after being treated?

Yes! Your treatment shouldn't affect your ability to work. But bear in mind, if you've received treatment on a visible part of your body, your skin will appear red for a few days.

How does the laser work?

Lasers use light and electric pulses to heat the hair follicle and destroy its roots without damaging the surrounding tissue or skin. By targeting the hair follicle, laser hair removal treatments prevent future hair growth.

Does laser hair removal hurt?

While pain can be dependent on the individual, our technology uses a Dynamic Cooling Device. This means, in between laser pulses, the skin is cooled down — dramatically reducing the amount of pain you may feel.

Different body parts have different sensitivities. Often, our clients say the treatment feels like a rubber band snapping on the skin.

Is laser hair removal permanent?

In short, no. Laser hair removal procedures do not produce a permanent hair-free result, and any clinic that says they do is lying to you.

Laser hair removal reduces the density of the hair. Hair will still go back, albeit lighter and with less coverage.

A better way to describe the results is 'permanent hair reduction'. Depending on your skin and hair type, you will need to continue treatments every year.

How long does laser hair removal last?

A single laser hair procedure will last between 1 and 2 years depending on your hair and skin type.

You may need additional sessions in between to maintain the effectiveness of your hair removal.

How long does laser hair removal take?

Typical laser hair removal treatments will take between 1 and 2 hours. Following this, hair will take between 10 and 14 days to fall out.

Can you get laser hair removal while pregnant?

Laser hair removal is a very safe procedure. However, as there have been no long-term studies completed on the impacts of laser hair removal on pregnant women, we would advise playing it safe and waiting until after your due date. Always ask your doctor before undertaking any beauty treatment while pregnant.
