Mr Goran Gacovski

With 15 years of experience as a health professional in aesthetic medicine, dermal science, lasers and skin health, Goran is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centred care. His approach combines medical knowledge and technology to support skin health and achieve natural, balanced results in a safe and ethical environment.

Goran holds multiple tertiary qualifications in Medical Diagnostic Imaging a Master’s in Medical and Clinical Ultrasound from the University of South Australia, with a focus on venous and vascular complications. His strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics guides his work across aesthetic and skin health procedures.

He has collaborated with multiple health professionals in Phlebology, Vascular Procedures, Radiology, Aesthetic Medicine, and nursing gaining a broad perspective on multidisciplinary care. His postgraduate studies include a diploma in Dermal Science, Aesthetic Medicine, Dermoscopy, Clinical Procedures, and General Dermatology, accredited through HealthCert (RACGP and Bond University).

A lifelong learner, Goran is completing a Master’s in Research and intends to progress to a PhD, continuing to develop his expertise in aesthetic medicine, laser science, and anatomy. An Ahpra-registered health practitioner and a strong advocate for ethical practice.

As the founder of Victorian Dermal Group, Goran is dedicated to education, professional integrity, and patient safety. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys mentoring emerging practitioners, sailing, and spending time with his Shih Tzu, Smoosh.
