We ask all our new clients to fill in a client history form. This will include personal information like your name, address, and contact numbers, as well as questions about your medical history and lifestyle.

We comply with a strict code of Medical Confidentiality. This means none of the information you provide to us will be passed on to a third party. Our clinicians sign medical and business confidentiality agreements when they first join the team.

Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early, to allow ample time to fill in your client history form. We don't want to be rushed when treating you, and we're sure you don't, either!

You can wear normal clothes for almost all of our treatments. If you are getting a tattoo removed, or have booked a hair removal treatment, then we may advise you to wear loose fitting garments. For more details, contact our friendly team.
