Before we begin, we'll assess your skin.
Visit our Melbourne cosmetic clinic, and we will get an understanding of your medical history and your skin concerns so that we can recommend the best treatment for you. Your consultation fee is redeemable on your treatment.
We also offer online skin care consultations to give you specialist skin care advice and products recommendations. Your booking fee of $25 is redeemable on any product or treatment purchases.
Booking fees vary depending on the type of consultation and clinician.
Dermal Consultations
A $150 deposit is required when booking an in-clinic dermal consultation with one of our expert Clinicians. This must be paid over the phone and is redeemable on your first treatment.
Aesthetic Medical Consultations
A $150 consultation fee is required when booking with one of our experienced Health Professionals. This must be paid over the phone and is not redeemable on your first treatment.
Specialist Consultations
A $350 consultation fee is required when booking a specialist appointment. This must be paid over the phone and is not redeemable on your first treatment.
We have a strict 48-business-hour cancellation policy, which applies to all cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to reschedule or are feeling unwell, please contact us before the 48-hour window to avoid a cancellation fee.
To help you keep track of your appointment, we’ll send:
- A booking confirmation text at the time of scheduling
- A reminder text one week before your appointment
- A final reminder 48 hours prior (if we haven’t already heard from you)
If less than 48 business hours’ notice is given, a $150 late cancellation fee will apply. This must be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled. Repeated late cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.
After your treatment, you'll need to avoid sun exposure. We recommend using SPF sunscreen every day, beneath your usual makeup. Specifically a Zinc Oxide for maximum protection. We will give you more advice on aftercare solutions, plus skin care products which will help aid your recovery.
We'll give you a follow-up call a week or so after your treatment, to check in with you. If you have any questions or concerns prior to this time, you can always email or phone us. We're more than happy to help.
